Objective


This project includes the construction of a 5-star hotel comprising :


3 beach bungalows

8 bungalows + 2 suites on stilts on a marine concession of 5,000 m2

1 covered restaurant with terrace on stilts.

1 beach restaurant-bar

1 kitchen and its annexes (health zones)

1 welcome area with reception and pontoon on stilts

1 spa area

1 water sports area, with shop and welcome area

1 freshwater infinity pool

1 service lodge

1 works building


This project is located at the heart of the lagoon on a motu (from the name Moute Iti) of white sand


The surface area of the motu is approximately 4,544 m2.


Construction and technical


The collection of bungalows and buildings will be built in local woods, on a concrete structure. All the roofs will be covered with pandanus leaves on a waterproof undercover. The access pontoons on stilts will be built on a concrete structure allowing for technical distribution at its centre and for the drainage of waste water, which will then be discharged via an underwater network submerged 2,350 metres under the lagoon, to be treated by the purification plant at Bora Bora.


Energy production


Electricity will be provided by a PV capture network allowing for a limited amount of storage and complemented by a submerged electricity supply to compensate for the irregular needs of the establishment.
